I first started editing CS:GO videos in 2014 as a hobby and in early 2016 I was approached by GOEXANIMO to edit highlight videos from their LAN events. They were happy with the results and I've maintained the position of Lead Video Editor of GOEXANIMO ever since.
In 2018 they launched BESL Pro and I got to edit CS:GO highlights for three out of five seasons. In addition I also edited the team intros and team profiles for four out of five BESL LAN events at HyperTown (see Variety Edits).
The workflow was for me to find all the best highlights from demos which I would then record in-game with some cinematics.
BESL Pro Season 2 was the last season to have weekly highlight edits. After that the format changed to posting shorter, individual plays on social media.
For Season 5 I was also assigned with designing thumbnails for Instagram video posts.
For BESL Pro S5 LAN Finals I was tasked with editing a special fragmovie – played after "Stream starting soon" and before the host walks on stage.
Season 5 is currently known as the last season.
